I’m Joanna Qassis, the founder of The Undiet Collective. My mission is to help you navigate the noise of the wellness industry and find a sustainable way of eating that actually works for your life.
Through The Undiet shift, we move away from restrictive cycles and towards a deeper understanding of metabolic health and intuitive nourishment. It's time to stop dieting and start living.
